[vc_row animation=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Let’s focus our attention to a company whose mission is in their name: TARGET LOGISTICS.  They are responsible for providing turnkey solutions to any logistical needs such as workforce housing, catering, transportation and security. They aim to provide these resources to people who are in remote or unfavorable environments such as the military or in the oil, gas and mining industries. They have also aided in emergency situations like Hurricane Katrina relief projects and even helped with the Olympics.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row animation=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image css_animation=”” image=”2037″ border_color=”” img_link_large=”” link=”http://cabotsusq.files.wordpress.com/2012/10/target-logisticslogo.jpg” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row animation=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Looking at tweets from @TargetLogistics, it’s hard to believe they have only been at it for a few months. We aim to be professional with all our communications but realize that social media is a bit more casual than traditional media. The end result is that we speak from a place that understands the industry, knowing what’s important. We recognize that our audience on Twitter is technologically savvy, and requires a more unique approach. We always keep that in mind as we think about our content.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row animation=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]What is the most interesting aspect of the @TargetLogistics handle?
As a leader in the remote workforce housing industry, we have exceptional knowledge of what’s important and topically relevant. Our understanding of how social media should be used to contribute as much as to receive sets us apart from others that may be purely promotional.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row animation=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]What other social media tools are you using to get your message across to your audience?
Due to the crossover of PR, organic search and social media, we look at this from a holistic perspective. We felt Twitter was the most obvious choice for us initially and are actively considering other opportunities such as LinkedIn.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row animation=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Anything else you would like to add about Target Logistics or @TargetLogistics?
