George Stark – Director, External Affairs
George is the Director of External Affairs at Cabot Oil & Gas as lives in Wheeling W.V. George started with Cabot in 2010 and is responsible for managing all public relations, community outreach, advertising and political affairs for the company.
Prior to working with Cabot, George held numerous public policy, public relations and governmental affairs positions in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. George graduated from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania with a degree in Political Science. Some of George’s specialties include strategic planning, media relations, lobbying, and community involvement. Aside from his career at Cabot, George enjoys running and biking.
William desRosiers – Coordinator, External Affairs
Raised in Highland Falls, New York, William desRosiers spent years working in the family’s mining business learning firsthand responsible resource development. William desRosiers received his B.S. in Management, B.A.in History and MBA from Misericordia University. He currently serves as an External Affairs Coordinator for Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation in northeast Pennsylvania, building community knowledge and support.
Prior to his current position, William was the original field director for Energy in Depth’s Northeast Marcellus campaign. In this capacity for two years, William worked to engage, educate and mobilize supporters of Marcellus Shale development across New York and Pennsylvania. William currently lives at Harvey’s Lake, Pennsylvania.
Kelsey Mulac – Coordinator, External Affairs
Kelsey was raised in Indiana, Pennsylvania and attended Pennsylvania State University where she earned a degree in Communications. Kelsey works as the External Affairs Coordinator at Cabot where she manages external communications, including social media and community outreach projects.
Prior to starting her full-time position, Kelsey worked as a summer intern for Cabot while attending Penn State.
