Video Tuesday: Generations of Energy takes a look at local jobs

Frequently repeated (often on this site) are the following stats, “245,000 jobs created by oil and gas companies in Pennsylvania” and “average wage of oil and gas industry employee, $89,000” which are an important part of the story of Marcellus Shale development. Yesterday’s post highlighted oil and gas industry’s investment in both local jobs and education. The natural gas industry has proven to be a source of both, Home Grown American Energy, and home grown, local jobs for Pennsylvania.
