Power to Save: Energy Mobile Learning Unit (MOLU)

The Energy Mobile Learning Unit (MOLU) continues its tour of Pennsylvania schools this week, bringing an opportunity for hands-on activities in the science, technology, engineering and math disciplines. Students tour through the 24 different stations and use the activities there to learn about topics like viscosity, the carbon cycle, geology, robotics and many others.

Thanks to Cabot, Southwestern Energy and Williams, along with Junior Achievement of Northeastern Pennsylvania, the MOLU will have toured through 18 different locations in the Commonwealth in March.

WNEP stopped by Elk Lake School District in Susquehanna County as their students toured through the six different units. Click below to see the MOLU and the students in action:

Brittany was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Pennsylvania State University where she earned degrees in Public Relations and Psychology. She recently earned her Masters in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. Brittany works in the External Affairs for Cabot where she manages communications and outreach projects to community members, elected officials, media and online supporters.
