Cabot Celebrates 10 Years in the Community

In the last 10 years, Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation has invested millions of dollars just through our partnerships with organizations across northeast Pennsylvania. We are proud to be active members of the community we live in and strive to give back to the area of our operations.

Since we began operating in northeast PA, we have joined a wide range of community partners to support education, healthcare facilities, first responders, and non-profit organizations. We believe that a good community partner helps to make the region stronger.

On May 16, 2019, Cabot hosted community members and partner companies to the Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains for a lunch celebrating our involvement Susquehanna County in the last 10 years.

Dan Dinges, Cabot Chairman, President, and CEO also announced the creation of the Energy Education Fund, dedicated to empowering the next generation of employees in the energy industry using STEM training tools. The fund will specifically allow for schools across Pennsylvania to host the MOLU (Mobile Oilfield Learning Unit) at no cost to them.

Cabot would like to thank all of the companies and individuals who donated to the Energy Education Fund. We are happy to announce that with all of the generous donations from our partner organizations and companies, we have raised $60,000 for the fund.

Thank you to the following companies and organizations for their generous donations:
