It was recently announced that revenue from Act 13 (or the Impact Fee) collected from the natural gas industry totaled $204 million dollars collected for 2011. So what happens with all of that money now?[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row animation=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]In all, 60% will go to counties and local municipalities while the rest will be distributed to a Legacy Fund which will be used to fund a variety of statewide programs.
