In 2013 alone, more than a quarter of the nation’s energy was generated by natural gas, and that number is only increasing by the day.

It is estimated that natural gas will make up 63% of new capacity additions through 2040. Natural gas is the most efficient and least expensive power generation to build today.

This means communities are improving their air quality and their saving taxpayer dollars by having more affordable gas.  Plus, it is creating a cleaner environment for us to live in. Research shows that carbon emissions have dropped to their lowest levels since 1994 due to the rising use of natural gas.
