Safety is of the utmost importance here at Cabot. We hold ourselves to the highest safety standard to protect our employees and our community in the Susquehanna area.
In honor of the end of National Safety Month, we want to highlight our friends that help us uphold our safety initiatives. They help us to adhere to policies, engage with others, and teach future leaders of the industry.
From our friends at the Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center, to on-site staff at our rigs, to our environmental efforts, we strive for safety in everything we do.
Ray Ingaglio, one of our education partners, speaks about the importance of instilling good safety habits from the beginning. Safety is at the forefront of vocational education programs, especially in teaching students about working in the natural gas industry.
Teaching at the SCCTC gives Ray the unique opportunity to interact with local students and prepare them for a career at Cabot. We appreciate all that he does to help train our future employees.
In addition to Ray, our friend Cory Sprout helps us stay up-to-date with industry safety standards. He helps keep our job sites safe for our employees and the surrounding community. At Cabot, we uphold our values by maintaining our workers’ safety rating and protecting our employees, job sites, and community.
As for our environmental efforts, Ethan Greenley is our go-to contact for environmental safety. We appreciate our Susquehanna community and all of the beauty the area has to offer.
Ethan points out that environmentalism is still a controversial topic in the industry. However, monitoring the environmental impact of drilling is our top priority.
Again, we want to thank all our friends and colleagues for helping us with our safety initiatives. Safety is our top priority to keep us and the place we call home secure for years to come.
Happy National Safety Month, everyone!
